Located in the heart of Manhattan, their new space features thoughtfully designed areas like the Quant Café and the Neuron Activation Pod, all geared towards fostering interaction and sparking groundbreaking ideas. By collaborating with Tad and Planar, A-V Solutions was able to fully support their vision and thrilled to deliver.
COLLABORATIVE DESIGN AND EXECUTION
A centerpiece of this project was the two-story LED video wall. Working closely with Planar, we carefully designed and installed this striking visual display to serve as more than just a decorative element; it’s a communication hub. The wall connects the firm’s teams through dynamic graphics, real-time company insights, and engaging visual content. From sharing market analytics to broadcasting organizational updates, this installation plays a pivotal role in keeping WorldQuant informed and aligned.
But our work didn’t stop there. Each corner of the WorldQuant office is integrated with cutting-edge audiovisual technology. From small, focused huddle rooms to fully equipped boardrooms, every space was designed with both functionality and innovation in mind.
ADVANCED AUDIOVISUAL SOLUTIONS
Conference Rooms
We outfitted multiple conference rooms with sleek, user-friendly solutions that raise the bar for team collaboration. For example, the medium and large conference rooms feature DTEN D7X all inone displays, Crestron room reservation panels, and DTEN Mate PoE control systems for seamless operation. Video and audio configurations were expertly implemented to ensure crystal-clear communication, whether hosting internal meetings or global virtual collaborations.
Specialty Rooms
The Quant Café and the Neuron Activation Pod—unique to this office—embody creativity and team interaction. These spaces are equipped with solutions like suspended pendant speakers, integrated ceiling microphones, and high-resolution Samsung displays that keep both form and function in perfect harmony.
The boardroom, in particular, stands out with its dual interactive displays and advanced video conferencing capabilities. Whether participants are physically present or joining virtually, the room is designed to accommodate collaboration on every level. Integrated cameras provide speaker tracking to enhance the user experience, while the state-of-the-art control panel puts every function at your fingertips.
Dynamic Specialty Features
One of the project’s highlights is the integration of a Planar LED wall in the office’s stairwell. This floor-to-ceiling digital installation transforms a high-traffic area into an immersive, brand-forward space. Using Planar’s DirectLight Pro technology, this two-floor display delivers brilliant, precise imagery and serves as a testament to WorldQuant’s dynamic
nature.
Additional custom integrations, such as soundscaping speakers in the library/lounge and wireless microphone systems in meeting spaces, make WorldQuant’s office a technological masterpiece. All systems are scalable, ensuring their functionality evolves alongside the firm’s needs.
