A-V Services Acquires First Company-Owned Headquarters in Fairfield, New Jersey

FAIRFIELD, N.J. – August 31, 2026 – A-V Services Inc.,

a global provider of technology integration and technical support solutions, today announced the acquisition of a 40,000-square-foot, two-story building at 60 Route 46 East in Fairfield, New Jersey. The transaction, which closed today, August 31^st, establishes the first company-owned headquarters in A-V Services’ history and represents a significant long-term investment in its employee-owners, clients and continued growth.

The new headquarters is located just nine-tenths of a mile from the company’s current home at 99 Fairfield Road. A full renovation is scheduled to begin November 2, 2026, followed by the company’s planned relocation in May 2027. The move will conclude a remarkable 39-year chapter at 99 Fairfield Road while allowing A-V Services to remain firmly rooted in the Fairfield community.

For the first time, A-V Services will have the freedom to create a headquarters specifically around its people, operations and client experience. Plans include state-of-the-art conference rooms, a versatile multipurpose room and a new state-of-the-art fabrication and staging area, along with a modernized 3D printing lab and a dedicated engineering lab. The warehouse and fabrication team will occupy the first floor, with the remainder of the organization located on the second floor to support greater collaboration across departments.

Harmony by A-V Services will be central to the new headquarters from the day it opens. The company’s advanced monitoring platform will provide centralized visibility into lighting, HVAC, energy consumption, room utilization and connected-device health throughout the building, making the facility both a smarter workplace and a working demonstration of A-V Services’ approach to proactive technology management.

A Headquarters Designed to Perform

At the new headquarters, Harmony will serve as an operational intelligence layer connecting facilities and technology performance across the building. Real-time dashboards, diagnostics and system-health data will give A-V Services teams a centralized view of overall consumption, building conditions, utilization, incidents and device status, turning building data into actionable information.

With those insights, A-V Services will be able to identify issues earlier, support more efficient facility operations and optimize how rooms and technology are used.
